3. It is the client's responsibility to raise the concern with our Nutrition expert immediately if he/she comes across any food allergies or any health-related concerns while following the diet.
4. Dietitian Ramita Kaur or her team never give any *guarantee* to achieve the targets in any form, however, based on our experience, expertise and your level of commitment, you can meet realistic goals (e.g., 2-3 kg weight loss per month).
5. We don't encourage our clients to take breaks (except emergencies) while following the diet because discipline is the key here. No extensions are allowed if the client fails to follow the diet chart due to any reason. If the client doesn't follow the diet due to any reason or doesn't take consultation on time within the enrollment window, the plan will get lapsed, automatically.
6. Though all follow-up appointments are scheduled well on time, however, if follow-up is due and the client is unable to connect with the Nutrition expert (for say, the client didn't answer the phone/was not reachable/missed the appointment), it is the client's responsibility to call our support team to schedule next appointment.
7. Refund Policy - Due to the nature of the services involved, we don't have a refund policy. Once you enroll for a program, no refund is provided under any circumstances.

1. We shall charge you, fees as provided with the respective Program ("Program Fees") as provided on the Website and in the Program term as amended from time to time.
2. The Program Fee shall be payable in advance for the full Program duration.
3. Activation of the Program(s) is subject to realization/receipt of the Program Fees.
4. The Program is non-transferable to another party.
5. All payments made for the Program are non-refundable and non-transferable. The Company shall not be under any obligation to refund any fee, on any ground including on humanitarian ground, if so claimed, on account of any injury. However, we may refund the prorated Program Fees deducting the Program Fees for the period the Program was availed in case of death caused to the Client, the refund shall be construed as waiving of any right to claim by you against the Company.
6. Any applicable refund due to payment gateway failure or chargeback will be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment gateway.
7. Program subscriptions once made / placed, cannot be cancelled for any reason. There shall be no refunds.
